ABOUT TRONDA GRAHAM

Tronda Graham is the owner of Align Total Wellness, which is dedicated to holistic healing and nurturing care. She became a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2009, using her intuitive touch to bring comfort and relief to clients. In 2013, she fulfilled her vision of entrepreneurship by launching her own wellness practice.

Her passion for supporting clients through life’s challenges led her to become a Transition Doula in 2022, offering compassionate care during end-of-life journeys. In 2024, she earned her Manual Lymphatic Drainage Certification, expanding her expertise in detoxification and healing. Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a gentle, rhythmic therapy that helps stimulate the lymphatic system, reducing swelling, promoting detoxification, and supporting immune function. It is especially beneficial for individuals recovering from surgery, managing lymphedema, or experiencing chronic inflammation.

Committed to specialized care, she became Oncology Massage Therapy Certified in 2025 to better serve those navigating cancer and chronic illness. Oncology massage is a modified approach to traditional massage, designed to safely accommodate the unique needs of individuals undergoing cancer treatments. It helps alleviate pain, reduce anxiety, improve sleep quality, and enhance overall well-being by using gentle, therapeutic touch tailored to each client’s condition and medical history.

Tronda has always been told that she has warm, healing hands. She loves to touch people and console them, offering comfort through her presence and intuitive care. Her journey into transition work began with deeply personal experiences. She sat with her father in his last days while he was in hospice at home. She was her mother’s power of attorney, assisting with both personal and financial affairs, and was present with her in her last hours. She was also with her brother in his final days, staying by his side up until a few hours before he passed. Though she was not physically present at the moment of their transitions, she remained a source of love and support throughout their journeys.

One of her most profound experiences was being with a client in her final hours, holding her hand and massaging her head with lavender essential oil as she took her last breath. Tronda felt an overwhelming sense of calm and peace in that moment, realizing that being a Transition Doula was not only an honor but a calling. She believes no one should die alone or in fear, and she is dedicated to providing presence, comfort, and reassurance during life’s most sacred transition.
